The hotel's prime location made it easy to find places to eat and explore. the staff was accommodating and allowed us to drop off our bags early and store them after checkout, a huge convenience.
The room itself was just okay, and the pillows were uncomfortable. It would have been nice to have more pillows available in the room.

I had a wonderful stay at this venue. The location of this hotel is ideal as it is close to many attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing great service during my visit. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. The amenities in the room were top-notch, with a mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities. The soundproofed room ensured a peaceful night's sleep.
I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends who are looking for a great place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was ideal, close to Bryant Park and within walking distance to everything. We loved how easy it was to explore the city from here. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful interior and modern rooms. Cleanliness was great, and the staff were pretty good too make us feel welcome. They were friendly and helpful, answering all our questions about the city. Another highlight was the convenience of being able to drop off our bags early and leave them after checkout, making our last day in the city hassle-free.

We loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and the subway. The hotel itself was clean and the rooms were beautiful, with modern decor and a big TV. The staff was great, making our stay even better. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying at Hyatt Centric.
